Art and Fran Bennett have resided in the Winter Haven area since 1996.

They have 20 years of combined local and national advertising and marketing  experience .  In January of 2009, Art and Fran launched their first full color advertising publication called “The Coupon Book of East Polk County”.  In early 2010  The Coupon of West Orange County as launched.  Our goal is to provide personalized service to the local business community. Couponing is a unique and cost effective means of advertising during these challenging times.
